Dr. Alan Jones
Alan is the Managing Director at EDSL - Tas. Educated at Pontardawe grammar school and Swansea University, Alan is a researcher and lecturer at Cranfield University, in energy conservation in the built environment.
Developed first research version of dynamic building simulation software. Started EDSL 25 years ago to commercially provide simulation software, now called Tas (thermal analysis software). The software is now used by building design professionals in over 20 countries around the world.
