Environmental Mind Maps
Responding to the information overload, fast changing regulations and potential design compromises that face many architects, Dr Joel Callow introduces Gifford Mind Maps – a visual superset of experience and relevant standards for the incorporation of sustainable design. The mind maps are suitable for RIBA stage C concept design and aim to give a sense of scale and significance on the topics covered.
Working from left to right, the mind map aims to help the user identify and implement potential solutions, and helping avoid design mistakes early in the process.
