Neil believes that one of the critical success factors for any project is the ability of all team members to integrate.
Neil and his team have subsequently delivered numerous successful health and education projects through various procurement methods, including the new Royal Berkshire Hospital and the New Birmingham Hospitals Project. Neil’s strong interest in psychology and design has also seen him drive forward Nightingale Associates’ Special Educational Needs expertise, having led contracts for private autism school, Treehouse, and Southwark SEN school.
