Kieren Morgan

and Innovation Director
Kieren joined Nightingale Associates in 2002 and, as Health Development Director he is also a member of Nightingale Associates’ management board.
Kieren is responsible for managing and directing research and innovation within the Practice, which includes subjects such as inpatient environments, evidence-based design, therapeutic environments and product design.
Kieren recently led teams to win two new hospital projects under the NHS Designed for Life framework; the £133m Ysbyty Ystrad Fawr and £43m Ysbyty Aneurin Bevan. Kieren is currently working on a £500m hospital redevelopment in Scotland and also part of an international team working on a new build (AUS $2 billion) acute hospital in Australia.
