A prominent member of the Nightingale Associates team, Martha has spent nine years with the practice, working her way up from graduate to Operations Director, where she now sits on the management board.
Since joining in 2000, Martha has managed several large projects and taken on a variety of management roles across the practice. She has extensive experience in mental health and is the practice mental health lead, involved in a range of projects from feasibility stage to construction. Among her achievements, Martha led the prestigious Birmingham New Hospitals Project, which has been nominated for several awards since its completion in 2008, and recognised for setting new benchmarks for mental health design.
