With over 12 years’ experience, Justin’s portfolio stretches a wide range of sectors including health, education, leisure and residential, and has experience of a wide range of procurement routes such as design and build, partnering, PFI and LIFT.
Justin has led teams responsible for various LIFT procurement schemes in the North West, completing fresh and unique award-winning projects such as the Deeplish Health Centre and Accrington Clinic. Throughout his time at Nightingale Associates, he has also been heavily involved in the delivery of prestigious education projects, including large PFI new-build secondary schools, to refurbishment and modernisation of primary schools.
