Adrian Gainer

and Practice Science Lead
Adrian has specialised as an architect and designer in the research laboratory field for the past 17 years.
During this time, he has developed a range full range of skills including briefing, feasibility and concept studies, and has played an integral role in raising Nightingale Associates’ profile in the science sector.
He is particularly interested in designing laboratories that allow flexibility and adaptability of use and that encourage scientific interaction. Adrian has also built up a strong portfolio of higher education projects in the UK, Europe and the USA, combining his scientific expertise to design laboratories for clients including the University of Oxford and University of Manchester.
