Lyndon joined Nightingale Associates as a Senior Director at the commencement of 2008 and assumed overall charge of the office in July of that year.
With over 40 years experience in the architectural profession spanning private practice, local authority and local health authority Lyndon has a wealth of experience of leading project teams and management of the construction/design process across all sectors.
He has considerable experience at management level in private practice and his team leadership skills and interactive approach encourages the best from those under his influence. Lyndon is technically sound with the experience, drive and energy to motivate those working with him.
