Nightingale expands science team

Chris Brightman-White joins Nightingale Associates to expand science capability.

Nightingale is expanding its science team and has appointed a new Science Sector Lead for the North of England.

Chris Brightman-White has over 25 years experience in the construction industry and 15 years within the science and pharmaceutical sector.

He has worked on major research and development facilities for Eisai, GSK, MSD and Pfizer both in the UK and Europe, as well as neuroscience and cancer research facilities for University College Cork. His portfolio also includes a wide range of clean room manufacturing facilities and GMP environments for Astellas, Aventis and LONZA.

Chris is now based in the Liverpool studio and will be working closely with Science Practice Lead, Adrian Gainer on a variety of schemes in biotech, pharma, industrial medical and research facilities within education.

As part of IBI Group, Nightingale is currently involved in the ‘4 labs, 4 cities’ project, which is a comparative analysis of laboratories in Oxford, Toronto, New York and Vancouver. It aims to define a basis for improving the quality of use and efficiency of laboratory environments.
