“Due to the complex nature of the building’s uses, the design phase involved a very thorough and ongoing consultation process, in order to ensure optimum benefits to its future users. The use of art in design was a key part of the interior and exterior architecture – throughout the building you will find an array of murals, paintings and interesting detail that add to the overall positive and welcoming environment.”

Construction work started in January 2007 and reached completion in December 2008. The building is anticipated to open to the public this spring.
