Nightingale Associates selected for £750m OGC framework

Nightingale Associates, as part of the Faithful & Gould-led team, has been selected for inclusion on the four year, £750 million Office of Government and Commerce (OGC) Buying Solutions Framework.

The framework will act as a ‘one-stop-shop’ for design and construction consultation, whereby the client will be able to select a comprehensive consultancy solution incorporating an entire design team, or indeed specialist elements which can either be purchased in isolation or as bespoke requirements.

It is envisaged that there will be a maximum of eight participants to the framework agreement, which will provide clients with access to a full Project Management and Design Team Service to enable works to progress through RIBA stages A-L and the OGC Gateway Review Process, enabling the delivery of new build schemes, regeneration and major programmes of works - examples of which can be seen below:

Refurbishment
Programmes of Work
Regeneration Projects
New build projects
Alterations/Extension projects
Relocation exercises
Ancillary Construction projects connected to main construction contracts such as infrastructure

Clients will include Central Governmental Departments and their Agencies, NHS bodies, Local Authorities, Police and Emergency services and educational establishments.
