Designed for Life, £1.2bn Wales Construction Framework

As a member of the HBG UK team, Nightingale Associates as sole architect has been selected to go forward onto the 'Designed for Life' - Wales Construction Procurement Framework for NHS capital projects.
The two other successful teams were Laing O'Rourke with architects BDP and Powell Dobson; and Interserve with architects Aedas, HLM and Boyce Rees.
Team members working alongside Nightingale include: HBG Construction - via their Wales & SW Region and NW Region; Arup - M&E Services Engineering, Structural Engineering and FM; Turner & Townsend - Cost Consultants and Project Management; and Lorne Stewart - M&E Installer.
