Richard Harrington will become Nightingales Chief Executive from 1st April this year, as the firm grows to some 300-strong.

Director of Operations

We are currently recruiting a Director of Operations who will hopefully take up the position from 1st July 2005 . This is a new role within Nightingale associates aimed at improving the efficiency of the practice by establishing new processes and building on existing ones that assist in the smooth, efficient delivery of design information.

Key responsibilities will include managing and improving our Quality Management System, IT infrastructure and the implementation and management of production standards.

The Director of Operations will also manage the increasing outsourcing of work to the Cape Town ‘Engine Room’ and improve our inter-office working methodologies to maximise our flexibility.
