by Nightingale Associates

31 May 2004

King's College Hospital's Golden Jubilee Wing, designed by Nightingale Associates, was judged best designed project at the 2004 Private Public Finance Awards – a major accolade for a hospital, which won across all sectors.

The awards ceremony, held at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Tuesday May 25, and attended by key industry figures, celebrated outstanding achievement amongst the many partnerships involved in the provision of public services and facilities. Thirty-eight leading industry figures from both public and private sectors formed the awards judging panel.

The event recognises the projects and teams that are making a real difference to the country's local communities.

"This is a great award win for Nightingales and reinforces our commitment to design excellence."

Alistair Cory, Development Director, Nightingale Associates

Project director for the Golden Jubilee Wing was Claire Stenton.
