Down to two in final shortlist
for £248m PFI

Nightingale Associates have won through to the final shortlist of two on a major £248m PFI hospital at Coventry.
The shortlist was announced on Friday March 23 by the three clients involved: University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust; Coventry healthcare NHS Trust; and the Universities of Warwick and Leicester.
Nightingales are part of the Skanska Innisfree consortium which has been invited to develop best and final offers. Other consultants involved with the consortium are Ove Arup and Troup Bywater and Anders.
The scheme, which is part of the government's second wave PFI programme, is due to start on site in May 2002. The preferred bidder will be announced on October 2 2001.
