Nightingale Associates would like to make it clear that the Richard Harrington referred to in the front page story in Building Design - February 2nd 2001 (Architect sued after practice split) is not the same Richard Harrington who is a partner at Nightingale Associates.
Our Richard has been with the practice since 1989 and is emphatically not being sued for £1m.
