Ledger Clerk,

Up to £8 per hour, dependent on experience
– 20 hour week
The Ledger Clerk at Nightingale Architects Limited provides purchase ledger and administrative support to a small accounts team. This is a part time role offering 20 hours per week, although exact times may be negotiable.
Key responsibilities will include processing purchase invoices and employee expense claims, as well as document filing and other ad hoc administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be required to be flexible in the work they perform and to develop skills where necessary, however all specific training will be given.
Skills required
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Accounting experience not essential
